MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM

Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: Upon Enrollment

Welcome to the All Systems GO! membership program offered by AllTech Services, Inc. By enrolling in this program, you ("Member") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before enrolling.

1ELIGIBILITY & COVERED EQUIPMENT

Eligible equipment includes natural gas or electric furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, central air conditioners, water heaters, and water treatment systems.

Covered equipment must be located within the permanent foundation of a single-family residence, townhouse, condominium, apartment unit, modular or manufactured home, or qualifying small business, be within our service area, and be in proper working condition on the Effective Date.

This Program is a maintenance and service membership only. It is not an insurance policy or home warranty and does not guarantee against equipment failure. Equipment must be in proper working condition as determined by AllTech Services at the time of enrollment or initial inspection.

2TERM & AUTOMATIC RENEWAL

This Agreement begins on the Effective Date and continues for an initial term of one (1) year. After the initial term, the membership will automatically renew annually unless canceled in writing prior to the renewal date.

Pricing, benefits, and terms may be modified with at least thirty (30) days' notice. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of any changes.

3MEMBERSHIP PRICING & BILLING

Membership dues are $19.00 per month or $228.00 annually and will be billed automatically to a valid payment method on file.

By enrolling, the Member authorizes recurring billing and acknowledges that no invoices will be sent. A valid payment method must remain on file to keep benefits active. Missed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of membership benefits or refusal of service.

4CANCELLATION & EARLY TERMINATION

Membership may be canceled at any time and must be submitted in writing via email or mailed notice and will be effective at the end of the next billing cycle.

If canceled during the initial term, the Member will be responsible for an early termination fee of $114.00 or the retail value of any discounts, credits, inspections, or services received, whichever is greater.

Membership dues are non-refundable once services or benefits have been provided, except as required by law.

5PRIORITY SERVICE & EMERGENCY RESPONSE

Members receive priority scheduling over non-members, subject to technician availability, weather conditions, access, and safety considerations. Priority service does not guarantee immediate dispatch, fixed response times, or availability outside normal business hours.

Emergency service includes active water leaks, gas leaks, or dangerous conditions. Same-day service may be available for calls received by 11:00 AM but is not guaranteed.

6DISCOUNTS, CREDITS & PROMOTIONS

Membership benefits may include reduced dispatch fees, waived overtime or after-hours charges, and discounts on repairs or new equipment installations.

Promotional credits and sign-on bonuses have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, may expire per promotional terms, and are forfeited upon cancellation.

7WARRANTY, MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

While membership remains active with no lapse, a limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty applies, and a two (2) year parts and labor warranty applies to qualifying repairs.

AllTech Services does not manufacture equipment, components, or materials installed or serviced. Manufacturer warranties apply solely to the equipment or parts provided by the manufacturer. AllTech Services is not responsible for defects, delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to weather events, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, or governmental actions. Our responsibility is limited to workmanship as outlined in this Agreement.

Warranty coverage does not include abuse, neglect, freezing, improper use, lack of maintenance, or manufacturer defects beyond manufacturer warranties. Complete system replacement is not covered under this Program.

AllTech Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to water damage, property damage, or loss of use resulting from equipment failure, concealed conditions, acts of God, or defective materials.

8PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS

This Program does not cover pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to corrosion, prior damage, improper installation by others, system modifications, code deficiencies, or conditions that existed prior to the Effective Date. Repairs or corrections related to pre-existing conditions are the responsibility of the Member and are not included under membership benefits.

9EQUIPMENT, PROPERTY & CODE EXCLUSIONS

The Program does not include smart home or computerized devices, consumable items such as filters, fuses, or batteries, outdoor faucet or spigot winterization, permits, third-party services, or correction of building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, or safety code violations.

If code violations, unsafe conditions, or structural deficiencies are discovered, AllTech Services may suspend work until corrective actions are completed at the Member's expense.

10HAZARDOUS MATERIALS & SAFETY

Services do not include identification, testing, removal, or remediation of asbestos, mold, radon, or other hazardous materials. If such materials are suspected or discovered, services may be suspended until professional abatement is completed.

If gas odor or a suspected gas leak is present, evacuate the premises immediately and contact the gas utility from outside the property.

11MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Member agrees to provide safe and unobstructed access to equipment, secure pets, ensure utilities are operational, and maintain equipment in reasonable condition. AllTech Services reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, access is denied, or continued service would violate applicable laws or safety standards.

12COMMUNICATION CONSENT

By enrolling, the Member consents to receive service-related and marketing communications via phone, text, or email. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Opt-out options are available.

13GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Venue shall lie exclusively in the courts of Loudoun County, Virginia.

14ENTIRE AGREEMENT

"Effective Date" means the date the Member enrolls in the Program or the date of the first successful billing, whichever occurs first. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Member and AllTech Services and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.
